Emotional-sensorial walks in the park with Fabio Benvenuto
(and Bruce Chatwin in the air…)
The meeting includes a walk inside the large park of Villa Tiepolo Passi with the aim of making you live a motor experience aimed at acquiring consciousness and awareness of your body in relation to the external environment. It is an immersion in nature carried out with an emotional method, which makes you understand what it means to direct attention with awareness. Perception is directed inside ourselves using the surrounding natural space, breathing, balance, creating a neuro-muscular connection capable of generating a state of well-being. Activity open to everyone, experts and non-experts.
Fabio Benvenuto
Fabio graduated in Bologna from the Higher Institute of Physical Education. He began his career as a physical education teacher in schools and as a physical-athletic trainer in the world of athletics, but it is in rugby that Fabio established himself by becoming responsible for the physical-athletic preparation of Benetton Rugby Treviso (1994 -2018) and the Senior National Team (2001-2002).
Today he collaborates with various institutes including the CISSPAT of Padua, the CONI and various faculties of motor sciences.
